The Luma Hotel is ‘Covid Clean’

Like you, we are a fan of the spick and span so our cleaning and sanitisation operation includes:

-Sanitising stations available in the hotel lobby, with staff adhering to strict hygiene standards such as wearing masks at all times.

– Increased cleaning and sanitising of common touchpoints every hour; areas including but not limited to

– reception desk, hotel entrance doors, lift lobby buttons, lift buttons and handrails in lifts and lobby toilet entrance buttons, etc.

– Easy to follow social distancing signage and markings in all of the hotel’s public areas and common spaces.

– Sanitising wipes in the gym in addition to increased cleaning and sanitising. – Deep cleaning of rooms is undertaken

– with staff wearing protective gloves and masks

– using sanitising cleaner to ensure overall hygiene standards are met and covering high touchpoints, including but not limited to areas such as door knobs, remote controls, power switches, etc.
